Beginner Running Mechanics Session 1 hour
Participants will learn single components of running mechanics by doing drills while standing, walking, jogging, or striding. The activities are low intensity.
Please drink water regularly during the day and drink 12 ounces of water 1 hour before the session. Dehydration is probably the greatest cause of muscle injury. Shoes without an elevated heel are ideal because they allow you to stay on the ball of your foot more easily.
Please let me know if you have any tight or sore muscles before we meet. If you have health conditions, ask your doctor whether you should participate in the sessions.
